A 24-year-old setter and also a captain of Leonas de Ponce signed with Altay, Kazakh champions last season.
Santos made history this week, being the first Puerto Rican player to debut in the Asian Club Championship held in Biñan, Laguna, Philippines (September 3-11).
Santos graduated at the University of Arkansas and already had experience abroad, playing for the Spanish UCAM Vóley Murcia.
