A 23-year-old U.S. receiver Kadie Rolfzen strengthened Toray.

She spent the last season in the German powerhouse Dresdner SC, which was her first professional contract after graduating from the University of Nebraska, two years ago.

Kadie is a former U.S. Junior and Youth National Team member, being a two-time AVCA first-team All-American (voted in the best lineup of the NCAA Division 1 Tournament), who led Nebraska Volleyball program to the championship title in 2015.

Kadie’s twin sister Amber is also a professional volleyball player who has spent last season in Dresdner, too.
