On Thursday a delegation composed by head coach Andrea Anastasi, assistant coach Andrea Gardini, World League technical director Waldemar Kobienia, team manager Hubert Tomaszewski and Andrzej Wolkowycki – who is responsible for all Poland’s national teams – joined a visit to the stadium, thereby having a look at the local facilities and checking the real possibility to play a Volleyball match there. They also checked the view from the top of the stands, something which is extremely important to make sure that all fans may enjoy that unique Volleyball show.

“To play here is a great idea” says Anastasi. “I will be an amazing experience. I really want to turn this idea into reality even though I understand that logistically it may be complicated. I like the stadium and I think that the view from the stands is absolutely great” he adds.
A Volleyball court will be set up beginning of next year and a test match will be played before the big clash starring Poland and Brazil turns into reality for an audience of 60’000 people.
