In the eighth round of PlusLiga, InPost ChKS Chełm fell 0–3 to Asseco Resovia, despite coming close in the final two sets. Resovia dominated the opening set with confidence, but Chełm fought back strongly and earned set points in both the second and third frames. The visitors, however, kept their composure in the key moments and secured both sets in extra play.
Paweł Rusin led Chełm with 10 points, while Resovia’s attack was powered by Karol Butryn (13), Mateusz Poręba (12) and standout performer Artur Szalpuk (12). The Rzeszów side outperformed Chełm in attack efficiency (64% to 48%) and on the block (8–3). Both teams struggled with errors—25 from the hosts and 23 from the visitors. Szalpuk earned MVP honors with an impressive 92% attacking efficiency (11/12), one ace, and 50% positive reception.

In a rescheduled match from Round 4, Barkom-Każany Lwów suffered a dramatic 2–3 defeat to Cuprum Stilon Gorzów. The Lviv squad started strongly, taking the first two sets and holding three match points in the third. Stilon responded with determination, forcing a tie-break after leveling the match. The deciding set was a tense battle, with the visitors saving a fourth match point before sealing victory on extended points.
Barkom’s top scorers included Vasyl Tupchii (25), Julius Firkal (20) and Illia Kovalov (19). For Stilon, Chizoba Neves contributed 24 points, while Kamil Kwasowski (22) delivered an MVP performance with 53% attacking efficiency, three aces, one block. Mathis Henno (19) and Marcin Kania (14) also played important roles.
