Michal Kubiak expressed his disappointment about the travel conditions during the flight to Rio.

The captain of the red and whites stated that the Polish Volleyball Federation did not fulfill an agreement.

“The agreement was that we travel with a business class, but at the last moment we were put in the premium class. I do not want to be a player who complains, but business class should be used on long journeys. It is all about our health. Twelve hours in one position is not comfortable for anyone, especially for sportsmen who should then get out on the court and win the game” said Kubiak for przegladsportowy.pl.

Polish Volleyball Federation stated that the problem occurred because there were not enough free spots in the business class.

@DAVID How was Poland eliminated from the London Olympics? yeah by Alekno and his players wait for more to come 🙂 . WL is an annual competition and Russia will have the time to win it in the near future just like in 2013 and 2011.

Russia ashamed like anybody so far… Losing about 13 matches in a row is genial, only Russia can do it
