POL M: Serbian coach at the helm of Łuczniczka

Polish Men’s volleyball top division team Łuczniczka Bydgoszcz hired a new coach.

After recently parting ways with Piotr Makowski, his assistant Marian Kardas was in charge of this PlusLiga team. Now, Łuczniczka announced they have hired Serbian expert Dragan Mihailovićwho will lead the team until the end of the season. He came from the Finnish side Raision Loimu.

Mihailović collected more than 22 years of international coaching experience, being at the helm or an assistant of many national teams and clubs around the world: in Serbia, Canada, Québec, Greece, France, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Lebanon, Bahrain and Finland.

He has numerous successes, among others, bronze medal in the 1996 Olympic Games with Yugoslavian NT (assistant coach), winning medals at the FIVB World Championship, FIVB World Cup, CEV European Championship, French, Greek and Qatari league as well.
