Defending champions Zaksa achieved a hard-fought win over PlusLiga debutants, who presented themselves very well today, Aluron Virtu Warta Zawiercie, 3-1 (25-23, 18-25, 26-24, 25-15) in an away match.
The Belgian Sam Deroo pushed Zaksa over the team that exists for seven years only with 19 points. On the other side, Michał Żuk and Łukasz Kaczorowski made 13 points apiece.
