RUS W: Dinamo Moscow come out of quarantine, record 9th successive win

The 2020/21 Russian Women’s Volleyball Championship leaders Dinamo Moscow have successfully returned to playing after a month of absence.

Dinamo Moscow players came out of quarantine after one month and resumed competing.

In an inaugural match of the 20th round of the 2020/21 Russian Women’s Superliga Parimatch regular season, the team from the Russian capital beat Sparta by a 3-1 (25-21, 21-25, 25-23, 25-17) and recorded the 9th successive win in a row in the competition. Thus, Dinamo increased the gap in the charts in relation to the closest followers to, Dinamo-Ak Bars and Dinamo Krasnodar, to 4 points.

Yana Shcherban and Brazilian Natália Pereira scored 15 points apiece for the Superliga leaders.
