After last year knockout in last season’s quarterfinal they now have a wish to reach finals and try to bring one more trophy of Russian national championship in its trophy room.
After wining silver medal on this year’s Club World Championship, or better to say, after losing gold medal, they opened Russian Championship with straight sets win over Yaroslavich Yaroslav 3-0 (25-19, 25-19, 25-19).
Novosibirsk will also try to defend the first place in CEV Champions league.
