“This is amazing feeling. I won my first tournament as a professional player. I’m very happy. We were in a difficult situation, without Mikhailov and Volkov. But we have started to play with more freedom, without pressure and we did it!

Have you ever seen 18-year old guy who plays in the final match as good as Victor Poletaev?

“Oh my God, I have never seen it before. When I heard that he will play in the first team in Ekaterinburg, I thought: Ooops, we may have problems. Just to explain, he is very good and talented player. But I thought that he will have a fear to take responsibility. But, after the first game, when he replaced Yakovlev, all my doubts have disappeared. He was great! He played for the team.” said Anderson.
