RUS W: Kazan’s hurricane swallowed Dinamo Moscow

Dinamo Kazan – Dinamo Moscow 3-1 (27-25, 17-25, 25-14, 25-13)

The home team opened match much better and had 10-6 lead. But, away side started playing with more concentration and they managed to back into the match 19-19.

At the result 23-21, the away team made 4-0 run and had first match point. They missed it, and they had another one but they didn’t take a set. The home team with two successful blocks took the lead 1-0 (27-25).

Poor reception and poor solutions in attack helped Dinamo Moscow to tie the score in sets. From the beginning, Podkopaev’s side controlled the set and deserved to win it – 25-17.

In the third set, everything was the same. But, teams changed the roles. Dinamo Kazan was like a hurricane, while Dinamo Moscow couldn’t find the solution for rival’s very good attacks! Home team was ahead 2-1 (25-14).

Dinamo Kazan  continued with stunning performance in the fourth set. They simply smashed the rival and clinched the win by taking the last part of the game 25-13.

 It is some kind of message to the Turkish Vakifbank. Dinamo Kazan  lost the match against Guidetti’s side in the first leg of CEV Champions league in five sets and obviously they will try everything to take the win in Turkey!
