Derby of the 16th round in Greece was spoiled by the fans!

The leader in the standings, Olympiacos O.S. Piraeus hosted second placed P.A.O.K. Thessaloniki and the great volleyball was seen until the fans started their own show.

Dissappointed with the result of 2-0 in sets for PAOK and also with the provocative celebration of points by Javier Jiménez and Ernardo Gómez, Olympiacos supporters started to throw plastic glasses and bottles on visiting players while changing sides.

The police had to intervene by standing in front of the fans and official speaker warned them that the hall will be emptied if they don’t settle down.

PAOK’s players went into locker room until the situation calms down.
