“There were no payments from Omichka. The situation with Omichka does not resolve, there are no responds in negotiations with them… I do not even know when this issue will be resolved. My lawyer is taking care of the matter,” said Mammadova.
The European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) in September banned Omichka to issue international transfer certificates due to unpaid debts to former player Mammadova at a rate of about 28 thousand euros. This amount includes both, direct duties to the player and the interest that has accumulated for more than a year.
The Azerbaijani receiver/outside hitter left Omichka in the summer of 2014 and joined her current team Volero.
