The cooperation between Vizura and Partizan lasted only one season. Under the name Partizan Vizura, women’s team managed to win the title, while men’s team reached semifinals in Serbian Wiener Stadtische league.

Now, Vizura and Partizan parted ways. Of course, women’s team will back the old name – Vizura, while men’s team will be called Partizan again!

“Tough financial situation is the reason why we parted ways. Partizan couldn’t fulfill obligations towards Vizura. The local government didn’t support us. In the last season, men’s team got 106,000 Serbian dinars (about 900 euros), while women’s team got 160,000 Serbian dinars. It’s not enough. Moreover, it’s not close to be enough…” said the president of Partizan Vizura, Nenad Golijanin.

@Stev-o: vizura will continue to live because they have their gym and place for girls to stay. Problem is with Partizan, they have only NAME!;)
