VakifBank
The game against Calcit Kamnik was a walk in the park for mighty VakifBank. Turkish side scored a straight sets win and secured one of the top two spots in their group, which means that they have qualified for the Playoffs of the CEV Champions League. The top scorer in the winning team was Gozde Kirdar with 15 points.
Fenerbahce had much more difficult task… At least on a peper. But, in real life the Yellow Angels stormed through Wroclaw scoring a maximum win over Impel! Kim-Yeon Koung was leading the away troops with 14 points, while Brankica Mihajlović added 13. With this win Fenerbahce has secured a spot in the Playoffs.
