Dresdner could have secured their place in the next stage of the CEV Champions League, but they needed a win against Fenerbahce on the road… That did not happen. Istanbul powerhouse was way too good for the German side and closed the match in just three sets.
Brankica Mihajlović and Kim Yeon-Koung scored 17 points each in the home team.
This score also means that Impel Wroclaw now have a clear path toward the Playoffs! They just need to win against Telecom Baku this evening and they will clinch the second spot in Group E.
