Fans of one of the medal contenders at the upcoming FIVB Men’s Volleyball World Championship, Serbia, know the names of players for whom they’ll cheer.
The men’s national team of Serbia will travel to Katowice, Poland, tomorrow, where they’ll start the competition at the 20th World Championship, which is being held in Poland and Slovenia. On this occasion, a press conference was organized in Belgrade, where Igor Kolaković, the head coach, announced the names of 14 players that got through the last filter and will play in the event.
The list includes:
Setters: Nikola Jovović and Vuk Todorović.
Opposite hitters: Aleksandar Atanasijević and Dušan Petković.
Liberos: Nikola Peković and Milan Katić.
Middle blockers: Marko Podraščanin, Srećko Lisinac, Petar Krsmanović, and Nemanja Mašulović.
Outside hitters: Uroš Kovačević, Marko Ivović, Nemanja Petrić, and Pavle Perić.
