In the latest face-offs of the second round of the Polish TAURON League, Moya Radomka Radom triumphed over Itas Tools Stal Mielec, and BKS BOSTIK ZGO Bielsko-Biała defeated #VolleyWrocław.
Radomka, hosting Stal Mielec on their home court, experienced a challenging start, losing the first set. However, this loss appeared to energize the home team, propelling them to victory in the subsequent two sets. Itas Tools Stal Mielec attempted a comeback in the fourth set but failed to push it to a tie-break. The MVP award was clinched by Hilary Johnson. The final score stood at 3-1 in favor of Radomka. Hilary Johnson with 21 points scored was the most effective for the winning team. Weronika Gierszewska with 22 points was the match top scorer.
BKS BOSTIK ZGO Bielsko-Biała, on the other hand, showcased their dominance over #VolleyWrocław. The Wrocław squad kept up in the initial two sets but ultimately lost both. BKS’s prowess was evident in the third set, where they led 14-1 and secured the set with a resounding 25-8. Julia Nowicka was named MVP after the match. The game ended 3-0 in favor of BKS.
