Well, you had a great season in Japan – how would you rate it?
„It was awesome, a young team and me, we showed how to be successful with discipline, good organization of the team management and we were respectful for each other. I’m so happy about it.“
Hisamitsu were better just for a golden set. How did you see this final game?
„Hisamitsu had better nerve and experience in the golden set. But my young teammates learned a lot, imagine first year in professional team in their career and they are playing in the finals against Hisamitsu. Plus we came to the final with zero points. We did an amazing job.“
In the second game of the finals, you’ve become the world record holder, scoring 60 points. Petty much impressive?
„If my team needs 65 points in a game, I’ll do my very best to give achieve it. Actually, I didn’t know i had made 60 points I just wanted to be a champion. I am grateful so much to those who supported me after the news and sent me all the good wishes,“ says Jana, who scored 60 points in a game against Hisamitsu.
What are the plans for the next season?
„My biggest plan for the next year is not to get injured and being very proud of what I do during the games.“
What are you going to do during summer 2019?
„Firstly, I’ll go in Canakkale to dive for one week, then I’ll go in Barcelona to rest with my family and friends. I am starting the preps for the next season on August 1st.“
