On the 1st January of 2017 a major volleyball incident occurred in the Iranian Championship. One player of Shahrdari Tabriz was hit in the head by the object that came from the stands.
The gym was fully packed by Javheri Gonbad fans.
The player of Shahrdari Tabriz could not continue the match, while then the whole team went to the locker room, so the game was interrupted and eventually canceled.
We are about to see what will be the decision of the Iranian Volleyball Federation.
