This time, Shanghai won 3-2 (19-25, 23-25, 25-20, 25-16, 15-10) although Jiangsu led 2-0 in sets. Kim Yeon-Koung led the team with 20 points while Changning Zhang was the best scorer in the defeated team with 30 points.
Shanghai with this victory equalized on 1-1 in wins. The third match is scheduled for February 27, while the fourth for March 3. The eventual fifth match will be played on February 10.
In the second semifinal, Bohai Bank TIANJIN once again outplayed Liaoning but this time in straight sets (25-22, 25-22, 25-21). Yingying Li and Xiaotong Liu scored 18 points each for the winning team. Their matches also scheduled when are the matches of the second pair.
