The FIVB has confirmed that the 2022 Men’s Volleyball World Championship will remain in Russia following WADA confirmation.

The FIVB confirmed that the 2022 Men’s Volleyball World Championship will remain in Russia after the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) confirmed awareness that it is almost impossible to withdraw an event from Russia or award it to another country. Announcement was made following WADA’s confirmation.
