Chemik have signed a contract with Maria Stenzel, a Poland National Team member.

A 22-year-old libero defended the colors of Grot Budowlani Łódź in the previous three seasons. Despite her young age, Stenzel has been competing on the TAURON Liga courts for five years already, playing 111 matches. The greatest successes of Stenzel so far were wins in the two Polish Cups – both with Budowlani.
