Olympiacos prevailed city rivals A.E.K. Athens 3-0 (25-18, 25-8, 25-13) in the finals in Chios becoming a true volleyball institution in Greece as the only team with 6 consecutive titles in the competition.

This was the third time that these two teams met in Cup finals (2011 and 2013) with Olympiacos achieving all three wins.

The Belarussian Nadezhda Malasai topped scorers in Cup winners with 13 points while Georgia Lamprousi was named the Most Valuable Player. In AEK, Aliki Konstantinidou had 10 points.
