Mihajlović was injured in Friday’s game against Bulgaria, and according to the words of Serbian national team doctor, exact degree of the injury will be determined only after conducting magnetic resonance imaging.

Mihajlović said she believed that the injury will be repaired and that the she will continue to play at EuroVolley.

“We did check-ups and the most important thing is that the bone is not broken. More needs to be done, and of course magnetic resonance imaging to determine if all is well with the muscles and tendons. I hope that Serbia will keep winning and that I’ll be able to play,” said the receiver.

Serbia begun competition at the European Championships in Switzerland and Germany losing in five sets to Bulgaria, but comfortably beat the Czech Republic, and on Sunday will play against Poland.
