The position demands high-performance planning, athlete development, and cutting-edge integration of sports science. Key responsibilities include mentoring a diverse team, spearheading training and competition strategies, and representing Canada at major international events like the Olympics and World Championships.
Qualified candidates must bring significant coaching experience at the international or professional level, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
