Polish and Italian media reported about the possibility of a huge men’s volleyball transfer.

The outside hitter of the Argentina National Team, Facundo Conte, will likely compete on PlusLiga’s courts next season. An experienced player is to join Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie.

The 31-year-old current member of Brazil’s Sada Cruzeiro Vôlei is well known to the Polish fans as he spent three seasons playing in this country – all in the colors of PGE Skra Bełchatów (2003-2016), with which he won the national championship, Cup and Super Cup one-time each. Conte also earned the title of the MVP of the Polish Super Cup and the title of Best Outside Spiker of the 2015 Champions League.

Recall that there are speculations of another big reinforcement of Aluron on the same position in the team – Filippo Lanza. Should Zawiercie-based club complete both transfers, it would become major title favorites in PlusLiga next season.
