CC M: Straight sets win for Skra, KVK Gabrovo lost five-setter

First leg of 1/8 finals of the CEV CUP has completed. The two match were played last night, and Polish Skra Belchatow took an easy win against Amriswil 3-0 (25-23, 25-14, 25-21).

Prefaxis Menen hosted Bulgarian KVK Gabrovo and took a five sets win 3-2 (24-26, 18-25, 25-23, 27-25, 15-13). The team from Belgium showed a strong character and turnaround game on its side.

The best scorers in home team were Aljoša Urnaut with 21, Yele Sinishel 20, Jolan Cox 19 while in away side Stanislav Petkov had 30, Mincho Minchev finished with 27.
