About 2,000 fans in Łódź saw both teams splitting points in the closing match of 19th round in Plus League - Budowlani - Impel Wrocław 3-2 (25-19, 29-31, 20-25, 25-16, 15-11).

The home team ended Impel’s winning streak of three matches and almost secured the playoff spot.

Visitors performed weakened – Monika Ptak was injured.

As it was expected, it was a very interesting match with fierce fight in the tie-break.

After changing sides Budowlani ruled on the court. Ewelina Sieczka showed spectacular attacks and after an ace by the youngest in the home team, Joanna Pacak, it was promising 13-8. Impel defended two match points, but Budowlani didn’t waste the third opportunity.
