Apparently, Mateusz Mika returned from international duties with knee injury. Therefore, he could not help his teammates from Lotos Trefl Gdansk in the game against Asseco Resovia.
“We won’t see Mika in action for some time,” said Andrea Anastasi, head coach of Lotos Trefl Gdansk. “We decided to give him 10 days off from volleyball. It seems that every time my players come back from their national teams there is some problem. Mika will now rest and he will undergo a special treatment with physiotherapists. The season is long and we need to think ahead,” concluded Anastasi.
