Atom Trefl Sopot
During the game Atom Trefl Sopot – Muszynianka, Ergo Arena has recorded attendance of 9,137 fans, which is a record in women’s volleyball in Poland.
The previous record holder was also Atom Trefl Sopot with 8,558 fans, set during the last year’s finals of Orlen Liga.
Of course, the fact that record will be beaten was known for a long time as the fans previously showed a huge interest for this game.
“We are grateful to every fan that came to support us. Of course, special thanks go toward the organization staff that was responsible for these people at the hall,” says Marek Wierzbicki, president of the team.
When we talk about the game, these fans have something to cheer about as their team Atom Trefl Sopot beat Muszynianka in five sets – 25-19, 26-24, 25-27, 25-27, 15-9.
