Chemik – Lodz
After winning the 1st leg of the 2016/17 OrlenLiga Final on the road by 3-0, Chemik Police finished the job at home court by defeating Budowlani Lodz once again. It was all over even before the end of the game. The reigning champions needed 2 sets to defend their crown and they won the opening 2 sets of the 2nd leg.
Therefore Chemik have added one more national title to their cupboard. Now they have the trophies from 1993/94, 1994/95, 2013/14, 2014/15, 2015/16 and 2016/17 seasons.
