Partizan vs. Zvezda
Crvena zvezda made another break in the final series of the Serbian Playoffs! Once again, the red and whites managed to defeat their arch rivals in front of the away crowd, and this game might have been the best in the season so far.
Partizan took the 2-0 lead in sets, but Crvena zvezda equalized the score at 2-2, so we had a tie-break! The red and whites had a strong opening of the decisive set and escaped to 9-4… But it was far from over. The home side scored 6 consecutive points and took over the lead at 10:9! Partizan had the first match ball at 14:13, they missed it. Crvena zvezda scored for 15:14, then for 16:15… And finally for 17:15 after a player of Partizan spiked the ball out of bounds.
Crvena zvezda has therefore doubled the overall lead in the series to 2-0 and now needs only one more win to defend the title.
