VakıfBank officialy announced the addition of Chinese national team middle blocker Yuan Xinyue to their roster for the upcoming season.
Born on December 21, 1996, in China, Yuan has played for several teams including Bayi, Guangdong Evergrande, Jiangsu Zenith Steel, and recently Tianjin Bohai Bank. A four-time best middle blocker in the Chinese League and the top middle blocker at VNL 2023, Yuan also captained China at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
In her career, Yuan has achieved victories in the Olympics (2016), FIVB World Cup (2015, 2019), FIVB Grand Champions Cup, Asian Championships, and the Asian Games, alongside multiple league titles in China.
