Kubiak has a clause in his contract which allows him to move to foreign club if the offer is good. Jastrzebski’s president confirmed it few weeks ago.
Kubiak has valid contract and Turks are too late to send offers. Jastrzebie closed squad what was announced, Kubiak had also offer from Lokomotiv Nowosybirsk and rejected.
