“I am glad that we have the chance to play against strong rivals such as Dinamo since this is always a valuable experience. With the support of our fans I hope we’ll be able to stand the very demanding task we have ahead” says middle blocker Jovana Stevanovic.
Even though his side lost last week in Moscow, still head coach Ratko Pavlicevic was satisfied with the performance of his players. “Dinamo has set high goals for this season and they look realistic especially if you have a look at their roster and the experience of their coach, Svetlana Ilic. We will try to provide good resistance even though we know it is not going to be easy. The set we won last week in Moscow does not guarantee anything. Only a few things depend on us, much more on the quality displayed by Dinamo”.
Dinamo star Natasa Osmokrovic expects a good match in Beograd. “Crvena Zvezda plays at home and the audience will be their extra player. I do not think it will be easy for us, and I rather expect a good match and to see some good Volleyball”.
Dinamo mentor Svetlana Ilic was quite clear in her statement: “Our goal is to make it to the final four. I hope my friends from Crvena Zvezda won’t mind, but we are going to win this match as well”.
