Yuki Ishikawa’s future is in Allianz Milano as the Japanese male volleyball star signed a two-year contract renewal with the SuperLega side.
Milano announced the renewal of Ishikawa’s contract for the next two seasons. Even after 8 years (the seventh consecutive), the Japan National Team outside hitter didn’t get tired of competing in Italy. The MVP of the 2017 Asian Championship and a three-time Best Outside Hitter of the event will wear the Milano jersey for the fourth consecutive season, a jersey in which he has played 67 games so far, collecting 820 points.
Roberto Piazza, the head coach of the SuperLega side, revealed that Ishikawa “has received several offers this year but has decided to stay with us, an indication of the fact that he wants to leave his mark with a team like that of Milano.”
