Italy’s Saugella Monza repeated the straight-set win from the 1st leg of the 2021 Women’s Volleyball CEV Cup against Serbia’s TENT Obrenovac in the rematch and took the place in the final. Partially, it was 26-24, 25-20, and 25-23 for the Serie A side. Belgian Lise van Hecke and Anna Danesi scored 10 points apiece on the winning side.
Monza will play in the second European final in their history after they triumphed in the 2019 CEV Challenge Cup. Their rivals in the gold medal encounter will be the winners of the duel between the Béziers Angels and Galatasaray HDI İstanbul.
