One of the best ever Montenegrin female volleyball players, if not the best, Tatjana Bokan, will continue her career in Golden Tulip Volalto 2.0 Caserta.

Italy’s Caserta signed the contract with Bokan, who thus returned to play in the Serie A after two years (Volley Pesaro 2017/18).

A 32-year-old Montenegro National Team outside hitter spent the last season in Asia, first with Zhejiang (China) and then with the Chery Tiggo Crossovers (Philippines). However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Philippine Super Liga was suspended after a month (at the end of the March) and never resumed.

Bokan won most trophies in her career while playing in France (one national title and Cup with Cannes) and in Japan (one national title and Cup with Hisamitsu Pharmaceutical Springs).

She wont miss the Olympics. She is already 4 months pregnant and will give birth early February. Enough time to recovery. Reply

FRA W: RC Cannes sign outside hitter from Texas University

Cannes' roster for next season doesn't seem to be THAT focused on young talent IMO. Don't see a difference to other clubs in this regard. Their main problem seems to be the decreasing interest of people in the club, a lack of (new) supporters to attend their home matches. Reply
