RUS M: Dmitriy Ilinykh is a new member of Ural Ufa

Former player of the Russian national team Dmitriy Ilinykh become a player of the Ural Ufa.

 

A 33-year-old outside hitter came to the Ural Ufa from PAOK Thessaloniki where he started this season.

Ilinykh successfully defended the colors of “Zbornaya“ knowing that he has won the 2012 London Olympics, the CEV European Championship once (2013), FIVB World League twice (2011, 2013), and FIVB World Cup once (2011). In youth categories, Ilinykh was named MVP of the 2006 CEV U21 European Championship. On a club level, he won the FIVB Club World Championship once (2014), CEV Champions League once (2014), Russian Championship twice (2005, 2013), Russian Cup three times (2005, 2013, 2014), and Russian Super Cup twice (2014, 2015) – all with Belogorie Belgorod.

Agree on that, they could try getting Toniutti or Marouf, better choices in my opinion that De Cecco. Lube won a few days ago because of De Cecco's bad decisions, Perugia attackers were in much better mood that Lube's. Reply

Not sure this is a smart move on Lube's part. De Cocco is not the level of Bruno, Christenson and Giannelli. Maybe they should outside of Italy for great setter since they forced Christenson out who just signed a 3-year extension with Modena, and Giannelly is not leaving Trentino. Reply
