Il Bisonte Firenze announced a significant addition to their team, securing Croatian middle blocker Božana Butigan. Known in the volleyball community as “Bibi,” who has not yet turned 24. With a height of 190 cm, Butigan excels in blocking, leading the Italian Championship in blocks over the past three seasons with 213 successful blocks. She has played four seasons in Italy’s Serie A1 and brings international experience from her seven years with the Croatian national team. Butigan already joined hCroatian national team program before integrating with Il Bisonte later this summer.
