Sheilla Castro will not play for any club in the 2016/17 season!!! Brazilian volleyball star confirmed this in the interview for Bruno Voloch blog. Instead of playing volleyball, Sheilla will travel to Pesaro, Italy where she will set up a small school.
“Yes, it is true. My final decision is not to play in the next season. I made this decision a few years ago actually. I received offers from Brazil and from foreign clubs, but I rejected all of them. I want to take a year off and to spend time with my family and my husband,” said Sheilla.
Sheilla spent the last two years in VakifBank, Turkey, while this summer she decided to retire from the national team, after Brazil got eliminated in the quarterfinals of the Olympic Games 2016.
