Instantly after the match, Polish VF decided Skra violated foreign players limit rule and awarded forfeit win to Espadon, but Skra made an appeal, hoping for game replay at worst.

After a few weeks of expectations, the Court of Appeal of the Polish VF upheld the primary decision to grant technical win to Espadon 3-0 (25-0 in each set) and also ruled to fine Skra 21,000 zloty (about 4,700 euros).

This means Skra will lose three points (currently have 37 and occupy second place in the standings) and considerably worsen their set-ratio!
