WGCC 2017 M: Brazil defeat USA in tie-break to get closer to the gold

Brazil vs. USA clash was definitely the match of the day and one of the most important at the World Grand Champions Cup tournament.

Renan Dal Zotto’s team somehow managed to beat the USA in an amazing five-set game 3-2 (28-26, 15-25, 25-20, 22-25, 15-13). This victory pushed Brazil ahead of other five teams and they are very close to win a gold medal. 

In the last round of the Grand Champions Cup, Brazil need a win against Japan to claim the gold. 

Matt Anderson had a good display, marking the game with 27 points, while on the other side Wallace de Souza had 22 and Borges 18.
