Recall that she is recovering from a surgery and she still has to watch the games from the stands. We took a bit of her time to ask her about her current codition and to give her a little present…
Ana, how do you feel right now?
“Well I can say that I am fine. The worst part is behind me. The first two months after the surgery were really difficult for me, because this was the first major injury for me in my career. I had problems with the right Achilles tendon for years and now I seriously injured the left one! But, as I have said, it is OK now, rehabilitation process is going by plan and I hope that in two months I will be back on court.”
Does it mean that you still might play for Volero in this season?
“I will miss most of this season for sure. However, I hope that I will be ready for the Club’s World Championship in May.”
