UPCN
UPCN overpowered Al Ahly in three sets and scored their first win at the 2015 Men’s Club World Championship. Nikolay Uchikov was the top scorer in the winning side with 11 points, while Petar Krsmanović and Todor Alexiev added 10 each. On the other side, African team suffered their second defeat at the tournament and therefore lost any chance for qualifying to the next stage.
Therefore, UPCN and Paykan Tehran have advanced to the semifinals, while their direct clash on Thursday will determine who will take the top spot in Pool B.
