The U.S. Men’s Volleyball national team member Benjamin Patch is, allegedly, in talks with EMS Taubaté Funvic.

As Bruno Voloch reported on his blog at Estadão, Patch negotiates with the Brazilian side Taubaté, currently competing in the Brazilian Championship finals. Interestingly, the present club of a 24-year-old opposite hitter, Berlin Recycling Volleys, also fights for the national title – in Germany. So, we will have to wait for these two final series to finish before finding out if this is truth or just a rumor.

Patch is projected by Taubaté to replace veteran Leandro Vissotto.

Let’s have a rumor. In place of Vissotto the Patch, it doesn’t suit me very well.
