Minas claimed the opening set, benefiting from Cruzeiro’s early errors, but the hosts responded with sharper execution and strong blocking. A tight second set proved decisive, before Cruzeiro carried momentum through the final two sets.
Otávio Pinto led the match with 19 points, while Welinton Oppenkoski added 17 and Douglas Souza scored 14. Samuel Neufeld (15) and Léo Lukas (11) led Minas.
Cruzeiro will face Vôlei Renata in the final on May 10 in São Paulo, chasing a 10th title, while their opponents seek a first.
