Brazilian Volleyball Federation (CBV) stated for globoesporte.globo.com that FIVB can’t deliver further penalties for Brazil, because there was no contract which would obligate this country to organize the final tournament of the World League 2015.

“We do not accept any further penalty, because there was no contract signed with FIVB. Therefore we can’t see how FIBV can legally punish us. We have canceled the organization of the Final Six not just because of the fines for our coaches and players, but because we are in difficult financial situation” announced CBV for globoesporte.globo.com.

We have already written about possible penalties for Brazil because of canceling the F6 of the World League 2015.
