Mauro Berruto, Italy Head Coach – “In my point of view we were better than yesterday, but Poland has a high level of volleyball. We were a bit out of the game on first set. On the second set was a shame that we lost after being so close to win. After that we had a lot of will to win and keep going on the game. Today we met the world champions and we did it face to face. Now we need to wait for next round’s result, but anyway we are improving our game”.
Stephane Antiga, Poland Head coach – “I’m very happy and I belive we deserved the victory. It is a very tough competition and all the six national teams are very good. On the second half of the second and during the thrird one we lost our concentration and Italy grow on the game, especially on the block. I am very proud of my team”.
